Directions

How to use: Apply a small amount of the gel gently to the affected area. Repeat 2 to 4 times a day. - For external use only.

Ingredients

Ingredients:1 g of gel contains 500 mg of Arnica extract which is equivalent to 160 mg fresh Arnica flowers.

Other Ingredients: Ethanol Purified Water Glycerol (plant origin)Hypromellose (thickener).
